Sign up as a landlord, complete identity verification (NIN and/or BVN), and you can start listing properties immediately.
Browsing and booking a viewing has no separate platform charge. Tenant verification is a one-time, tiered fee before you unlock landlord contact and certain flows. Rent collected through Rentamnow includes an agreed platform fee (typically lower when salary-linked). See the fee schedule.
We verify all landlords using National Identification Number (NIN) and Bank Verification Number (BVN) checks, depending on what you provide and our risk rules.
